Empowered Women Empower Women
Led by Devon Schlegel, MA, ATR-BC, LMHC, LPC
This strengths-based program will focus on exploring what it means to be a young woman today. Students will process various themes surrounding what it means to be a strong woman through artmaking, written and visual journaling, and mindfulness, and culminating in a final canvas painting. This program is most appropriate for middle school girls willing to engage in verbal processing groups with their peers. Google Classroom will be used for all course communication. Classes will be held on Zoom.
CAP will provide most supplies needed for this course. Families should have a pair of scissors and paper available at home.
