Improv and Improve
Led by Katie Swider
Must be a previous or current CAP theatre student. Requires teaching artist approval – contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
This course is designed for previous CAP theatre students, grades 5 and up, who are interested in continuing their theatre learning. Students will work on their skills as improvisers on stage and learn how to use the skills they’ve learned in CAP in more than just the theatre world. Students will be able to ask questions, get references and share their joy of theatre! They will also have opportunities to mentor aspiring theatre students, work on their public speaking skills, and learn about theatre opportunities in the Jacksonville community! Google Classroom will be used for all course communication. Classes will be held on Zoom. Students may also make individual appointments for additional help.
No supplies are needed for this course.
