This course is designed for students with one or more years of ballet training. Students will develop technical ballet training with an emphasis on the individual’s proper body alignment, understanding of ballet vocabulary and ability to demonstrate sequential steps. Students should wear comfortable and appropriate attire that allows for full range of motion and will need a small open space to safely explore movement, as well as access to a countertop or chair for barre work. Pre-recorded content will be posted every Friday. Live classes will take place on Zoom every Tuesday from 4-5 p.m.
