Dance FUNdamentals – Session 4A

Grades 3-5

April 5 – May 14
Tuesdays and Thursdays | 3-4 p.m.

Led by Dance Teaching Artist Fellow Winter Bosanko

Students will learn basic ballet, modern and jazz skills and strengthen their bodies and brains through guided movement explorations. Students will engage in creative problem-solving, connect with others and have fun learning basic sequential steps as they explore the fundamentals of three dance styles. Students should wear comfortable and appropriate attire that allows for full range of motion and will need a small open space to safely explore movement. Space should be ample enough for students to fully extend their arms and legs. Pre-recorded content and assignments will be posted each week in Google Classroom. Live classes will take place on Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday from 3-4 p.m.

CAP will provide all supplies needed for this course.
