2017 Showcase of the Arts

This year’s theme for our ARTS Ignite! programs was Stand Up, Stand Out! Every student was encouraged to dig deep to discover who they are, build confidence in their individuality and be proud to be their best selves. This shines through not only in their work, but also in the way they live their lives each day.

Showcase of the Visual Arts

Stand Up, Stand Out!
A Cathedral Arts Project Exhibition

May 11 – June 30, 2017
Alexander Brest Gallery | Jacksonville University

The annual Visual Arts Showcase is a delightful display of artwork by our students. The young artists are proud to share their work, which spans a variety of artistic media. Showcasing student work is a mainstay of CAP programs, serving as a reward for students’ hard work and reinforcing the self-confidence and maturity fostered in classes. CAP students annually participate in at least two public exhibitions, including the Visual Arts Showcase.
