Grades 3-5
Intermediate Dance at Crown Point
Led by Jackie Peterson
In-Person
Students must be enrolled at Crown Point Elementary School to register for this course.
Intermediate dancers will elevate their skills in this dynamic dance program. Students will delve deeper into dance techniques, experiment with more complex movements, and develop their choreography. As they craft increasingly sophisticated routines, students will explore nuanced musicality and expression. Their progress culminates in the annual Performing Arts Showcase, where they’ll demonstrate their advanced abilities, artistic growth and confident stage presence to an eager audience.
In-person courses will follow the DCPS schedule for holidays and school closures.
This program is supported by the Kids Hope Alliance.
