Full-Time Staff
CAP offers a flexible, family-friendly work schedule and generous time off, including 21 days of PTO and 24 paid holidays. All employees are eligible for an annual raise of up to 6% and bonus of 3%, as well as a professional development allowance to foster lifelong learning.
We prioritize employees’ health and wellness by offering health, vision and dental insurance, an FSA plan and a monthly wellness credit to be used toward the fitness program of your choice. Employees are also eligible to participate in 403(b) – with a matching contribution of up to 3% – and student loan repayment/tuition reimbursement plans.
After five years, and again after 10 years, employees are eligible for additional benefits. These include Free Fridays off each month; employer contributions to student loan repayment/tuition reimbursement plans; and increased wellness credits, dental and vision coverage, and professional development allowance.

Part-Time Teaching Artists
CAP’s part-time teaching artists are part of an engaged and supported student-centered team with vast educational experience. Teaching artists receive competitive hourly rates as well as paid planning, prep and meeting time. Teaching artists are also eligible for annual pay increases. In addition, every teaching artist has autonomy over their curriculum, following Florida School Standards.

Board-Certified Music Therapist
As CAP’s Board-Certified Music Therapist, you’ll have the unique opportunity to create meaningful change in young lives through the therapeutic application of music. Through your expertise and compassion, you’ll guide students on a journey of inspiration and growth, using music as a powerful tool for emotional expression, development and academic learning.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding CAP’s therapeutic services, implementing evidence-based music therapy interventions and building crucial partnerships within our school communities. This is not just a clinical position, it’s an opportunity to champion growth through music, inspire transformative change, and color outside the lines at the intersection of arts education and therapeutic services.

Part-Time Openings
Teaching Artists | 2024-2025 Academic Year
CAP is accepting applications for contract teaching artists in all arts disciplines that are both centered in strong artistic practice and have the desire to share the skills and knowledge of their art form with students and community members. Teaching artists are responsible for standards-based instruction of a visual or performing arts class. Candidates should have established classroom management and curriculum development skills specific to Title 1 schools and must be flexible, versatile and willing to pivot their teaching and plans as needed.

One-Day Camp Instructor | June 2025
Are you passionate about inspiring young minds through hands-on STEM activities? CAP is seeking enthusiastic instructors to lead an engaging one-day summer camp experience. This is your opportunity to spark curiosity and creativity in young learners while working collaboratively with fellow educators in a dynamic environment.
Four classroom instructors will lead activities at our summer camp at the Julington Creek Plantation Club House. This one-day opportunity allows you to share your passion for STEM education while creating memorable experiences for camp participants.

INTERNSHIPS
Special Projects Intern | Winter-Spring 2025
The Special Projects Intern will play a vital role in supporting CAP’s annual Visual and Performing Arts Showcases, the culminating events celebrating the creativity and achievements of CAP students. These high-profile events bring together students, families and the community to experience the transformative power of arts education.
This internship provides hands-on experience in event planning, logistics and arts administration. The intern will work closely with the Program Coordinator, Director of Programs and the CAP Program Team to ensure the success of our end-of-year Showcases.
The anticipated schedule is Feb. 11 – May 30.
