Grades 3-5
Visual Arts at West Riverside
Led by Ashlee Collins
In-Person
Students must be enrolled at West Riverside Elementary School to register for this course. Young artists will discover the magic behind great art – and create their own! This course unveils the elements of art and principles of design – just some of the ingredients that bring artwork to life. Students will explore a variety of media and learn production skills, all while flexing their critical thinking and creative muscles. Inner artists will be unleashed through solo work and as part of a creative team!
In-person courses will follow the DCPS schedule for holidays and school closures.
